'Pork mechado is one of the classic cuisine and a common favorite among many Filipino families. Pork mechado is stewed in tomato sauce and composed of pork meat, soy sauce, bell pepper, potatoes, carrots, bay leaf, onions and garlic. I added cheese cubes and liver spread for a flavorful, tender pork meat and rich brown sauce developed during the time of cooking.It is an easy dish that can easily be prepared by anyone. Ingredients: 3/4 Pork Meat, sliced thinly 8 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 large bell pepper 2 pieces potato 1 medium carrot cheese cubes 1 small can liver spread 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 200 grams tomato sauce 1 piece bay leaf 2 tbsp sugar 2 cups water fish sauce and black pepper to taste NOTE: COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE. JUST ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
